Ingredients

dates
deseeded / khajoor

jaggery

aamchur
sukha amboliya

red chilli powder

cumin powder
roasted

tsp
turmeric powder
salt
to taste
water
as per your requirement
Instructions
Put khajoor, jaggery, aamchur and 1 & 1/2 cup of water in a vessel. Put that vessel in a cooker.
Cook for 5-6 whistles, switch off flame. When it cools down, grind until it becomes like smooth batter.
Sieve this mixture. After that, add all remaining ingredients and boil for 4-5 minutes on low flame.
Allow to thicken, then switch off the flame. Now place it aside to let it cool down. Your sweet chutney is ready. 🙂
Recipe Notes
Please don’t add dates (khajoor) if you’re making this chutney for paryushan & during chaumasa.
