Sweet Chutney
  1. Put khajoor, jaggery, aamchur and 1 & 1/2 cup of water in a vessel. Put that vessel in a cooker.
  2. Cook for 5-6 whistles, switch off flame. When it cools down, grind until it becomes like smooth batter.
  3. Sieve this mixture. After that, add all remaining ingredients and boil for 4-5 minutes on low flame.
  4. Allow to thicken, then switch off the flame. Now place it aside to let it cool down. Your sweet chutney is ready. 🙂

Please don’t add dates (khajoor) if you’re making this chutney for paryushan & during chaumasa.
