Ingredients

maida
or wheat flour / or 1 cup wheat flour + 1 cup maida

Instructions
Combine all the ingredients and knead the dough like paratha dough.
Cover with a wet cloth and keep aside for at least 3 to 4 hours.
Divide into equal portions (ball like). Take one ball and roll into thick round shape, it should not be too thick or too thin.
Heat enough oil for frying in a kadai, once the oil is hot, reduce flame to medium high.
Slide the bhatura into the oil, fry until it gets light golden brown on both the sides.
Remove on a tissue or some kind of absorbent paper.
You can serve it hot with chole. 🙂
