1. Combine all the ingredients and knead the dough like paratha dough.
  2. Cover with a wet cloth and keep aside for at least 3 to 4 hours.
  3. Divide into equal portions (ball like). Take one ball and roll into thick round shape, it should not be too thick or too thin.
  4. Heat enough oil for frying in a kadai, once the oil is hot, reduce flame to medium high.
  5. Slide the bhatura into the oil, fry until it gets light golden brown on both the sides.
  6. Remove on a tissue or some kind of absorbent paper.
  7. You can serve it hot with chole. 🙂
