Dhaba Style Veg Paneer
  1. Mix almond powder, curd, 1/2 cup tomato paste, ginger powder, green chilli paste and grind , make paste.
  2. Heat ghee in a pan, fry the paneer cubes for 2-3 minutes till they turn light brown on medium flame, remove and keep aside.
  3. Again same pan add grind paste and sauté for 5 to 7 minutes, add remain 1/2 cup tomato paste, all masala and cook for 5 minutes, add some water, all vegetables,capsicum, paneer cubes, and cook for 5 minutes or till gravy is thick, add fresh cream.
  4. Garnish with coriander leaves ( optional )
  5. Serve hot with kulcha, naan, paratha, rice
