Exotic Super Duper Paratha
  1. Put all bell peppers, green chillies, both the cabbages and coriander in a chopper and finely chop it.
  2. Take a bowl, add both the flours, oil, paneer, chopped vegetables, grated paneer, cheese (optional), salt and mix well, make dough like paratha.
  3. Divide the dough into equal sized balls.
  4. Roll out softly with dusting the flour.
  5. Heat a tawa, put paratha safely on it, drizzle ghee or oil and toast both sides on medium flame till golden spots appear.
  6. Serve hot with green chutney, ketchup, curd, pickle, whatever you like.
