Ingredients

milk
cold

oil

sugar

tbsp
vinegar
or lemon juice
salt
to taste

pepper powder
optional

mustard powder
optional
Instructions
Put sugar, salt, vinegar and milk in a grinder or use a hand mixer. Grind for a minute.
Then keep on gradually adding oil while mixing the ingredients at regular intervals.
In few minutes, you will see a thick consistency .
Now if you want, you can the optional mustard powder and pepper powder.
Tada, fresh homemade mayo is ready!
Recipe Notes
You can replace the normal oil with olive oil to make it healthier.
