Ingredients
Manchurain Balls

wash and soak it in warm water for 10 minutes and then rinse it

Manchurian Gravy

Rice
rice
boiled, I prefer basmati

bell peppers
each approximately 50 gms.

packet of baby corn

french beans

Noodles:

wheat flour
1/2

plain flour

Instructions
for Manchurain Balls
Squeeze the water out of the chopped vegetables. Keep that water aside, as later, it will be used for the Manchurain Sauce.
Mix all the remaining ingredients with the chopped vegetables in a bowl and make it into a dough.
Make medium balls out of it.
Use a frying pan to fry the manchurian ball.
After they turn golden brown, keep them aside on a tissue paper.
for Manchurian Gravy
Take one bowl and add water to it. Now add cornflour, soya sauce, chilli paste, vinegar, ketchup and mix it well.
Now take one fry pan, pour oil and add fine chopped vegetables. Sauté it for 2 minutes.
Add the mixture of Step 1 to the fry pan and stir it regularly. Let it boil for 5-10 minutes.
According to your taste add chilli and salt.
Once the gravy is thick, keep it aside.
For Rice
Heat oil in a large vessel. Add half celery (both stick and leaves).
Now in the vessel, add French beans, soda, baby corn and then sauté for half a minute.
Time to add bell peppers, red kashmiri paste, soya sauce and stir the mixture.
Add boiled rice and stir it softly so that the rice doesn’t break.
Now add the remaining celery.
Now keep the cooked rice aside.
For Noodles
Mix all the ingredients together and make a semi soft dough out of it.
Now roll it out with a rolling pin and slice it into thin strips.
Now fry the sliced strips until they turn crispy.
If you want to save time, you can cook the noodles a day before and store it in a container.
