for shallow frying
Instructions
Take all ingredients on a plate, add all spices to the mixture, and mix everything thoroughly.
Make about 10 to 12 tikis and keep it aside.
Heat some oil in frying pan, for shallow fry.
Take one tikki, dip both the sides in cornflour paste and place on frying pan for shallow fry, repeat the step for all the remaining tikkis.
Cook on both sides and until it gets golden brown.
It’s done. Serve with salsa, mint curd chutney, ketchup or whatever you like.
