  1. Mix all the above ingredients to make batter and add little water if required.
  2. Heat a non stick pan. Smear it with few drops of oil.
  3. Pour the batter on the pan. Cook till it’s golden brown, then turn over and cook the other side for 2mins.
  4. Garnish it with salsa, boiled corn, baby corn, cheese and coriander.
  5. Enjoy this protein and fiber rich meal.
