Instructions
For dough
Mix flour, salt, oil, and add milk or water (as per the requirement). Knead it into a dough like roti dough.
Once the dough is ready, cover with wet cloth, keep it aside for 20-25 minutes.
Now divide the dough into equal portions and roll it out into rotis.
Heat a tawa, place a roti on it and cook on both sides. Once ready, keep it aside.
For paneer stuffing
Take a bowl, mix all ingredients well, keep aside.
For curd paste
Take a bowl, mix all ingredients well, keep aside.
How to proceed
Take a roti, spread a tsp or 2 of curd paste all over the roti.
Place a portion of paneer mixture on one side and roll the roti.
Heat a tawa or nonstick pan, pour little ghee or oil on it, place roll on it, cook both the sides till it turns light golden brown.
Similarly prepare the rest of the frankies, wrap in paper napkin and serve.
You can eat on it’s own or with sour cream or curd paste.
