Instructions
Take one pan and mix all the ingredients mentioned under ‘Pasa’.
Allow to cool for 5 minutes, cut the mixture into small square pieces. They are now pasa cubes.
Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, asafoetida and pour 1 cup buttermilk, salt, turmeric powder and red chilli powder.
Let it boil for few seconds, add Pasa cubes into it.
Cook for 5 to 7 minutes.
Serve with Roti or Paratha.
