White Dough

Orange Dough

Green Dough

Instructions
For white dough
Add all the ingredients mentioned under white dough except water and mix well.
Now add water and knead into a semi soft dough.
Cover and keep it aside for 30 minutes.
For orange dough
Take the pumpkin, bell pepper and tomato and grind it to form a puree.
Now take the remaining ingredients mentioned under orange dough and add the puree to it. Mix it well.
Knead it into a semi soft dough. Cover and keep it aside for 30 minutes.
For green dough
Take the coriander, capsicum, green chillies and grind it with some water.
Now take the remaining ingredients mentioned under green dough and add the puree to it. Mix it well.
Knead it into a semi soft dough. Cover and keep it aside for 30 minutes.
How to proceed
Now make 1 inch thick rolls of each colour, put the rolls on the top of each other, then just lightly roll them so the dough catches each other.
Cut it into smaller portions.
Join the open ends and press little to give it a round shape.
Roll it into puris and deep fry it.
Time to eat them!
