Ingredients
- 75 gm paneer cubes
- 50 gm french beans boiled
- 50 gm green peas boiled
- 50 gm green capsicum chopped
- 2 tbsp banana cubes fried, optional
- 1 tbsp baby corn chopped & blanched
- 1/2 cup almond powder
- 1/4 cup thick curd
- 1 cup tomato paste or puree
- 1 tbsp dhanyajeera powder
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp kasturi methi
- 3 tsp red chilli powder
- 1 tsp Jain Punjabi masala
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 3 tbsp oil or ghee
- 1/2 tsp ginger powder
- 1 tsp green chilli paste
- 2 tsp fresh cream or malai
- salt to taste

Instructions
- Mix almond powder, curd, 1/2 cup tomato paste, ginger powder, green chilli paste and grind , make paste.
- Heat ghee in a pan, fry the paneer cubes for 2-3 minutes till they turn light brown on medium flame, remove and keep aside.
- Again same pan add grind paste and sauté for 5 to 7 minutes, add remain 1/2 cup tomato paste, all masala and cook for 5 minutes, add some water, all vegetables,capsicum, paneer cubes, and cook for 5 minutes or till gravy is thick, add fresh cream.
- Garnish with coriander leaves ( optional )
- Serve hot with kulcha, naan, paratha, rice
