Ingredients
- 1 cup dates deseeded / khajoor
- 1 cup jaggery
- 6-7 piece aamchur sukha amboliya
- 1/4 tsp red chilli powder
- 1 tsp cumin powder roasted
- 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
- salt to taste
- water as per your requirement

Instructions
- Put khajoor, jaggery, aamchur and 1 & 1/2 cup of water in a vessel. Put that vessel in a cooker.
- Cook for 5-6 whistles, switch off flame. When it cools down, grind until it becomes like smooth batter.
- Sieve this mixture. After that, add all remaining ingredients and boil for 4-5 minutes on low flame.
- Allow to thicken, then switch off the flame. Now place it aside to let it cool down. Your sweet chutney is ready. 🙂
Recipe Notes
Please don't add dates (khajoor) if you're making this chutney for paryushan & during chaumasa.
