Ingredients
- 3/4 cup wheat flour
- 1/4 cup ragi flour
- 1 tbsp oil
- 3-4 green chillies
- 50 gm green cabbage
- 50 gm red cabbage
- 50 gm green capsicum
- 50 gm red capsicum
- 50 gm yellow capsicum
- 2 tbsp coriander
- 100 gm crumbled paneer
- 1 cheese cube grated optional
- salt to taste
- wheat flour for dusting
- Ghee or Oil for toasting

Instructions
- Put all bell peppers, green chillies, both the cabbages and coriander in a chopper and finely chop it.
- Take a bowl, add both the flours, oil, paneer, chopped vegetables, grated paneer, cheese (optional), salt and mix well, make dough like paratha.
- Divide the dough into equal sized balls.
- Roll out softly with dusting the flour.
- Heat a tawa, put paratha safely on it, drizzle ghee or oil and toast both sides on medium flame till golden spots appear.
- Serve hot with green chutney, ketchup, curd, pickle, whatever you like.
