Ingredients
for base
- 1/2 cup oats flour
- 1/2 cup jav flour barley
- 1/2 cup jower flour
- 1/2 cup bajra flour
- 1/2 cup ragi flour
- 2 tbsp dahi
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tbsp oil
- water
for sauce
- 4 big tomatoes
- 200 gm tomato puree
- 1 tsp sugar
- few basil leaves
- 1 tbsp chilli powder
- 1 tsp chilli flakes
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 clove
- 1 cinnamon stick
- salt to taste
- oil

- 3 colored bell peppers chopped
- sweet corn boiled
- jalapenos
- olives
- cheese grated
- few basil leaves

Instructions
for base
- Mix all the above ingredients (mentioned under 'for base') and make a dough.
- Cover the dough with an inverted bowl and let it sit for 30 minutes
- Roll the dough into a circle.
- Heat the pan and half cook the base on both the sides.
- No yeast, pan cooked, multigrain pizza base is ready.
for sauce
- Grind the tomatoes in chopper machine.
- Heat the oil and add bay leaf, clove, cinnamon and chopped tomatoes.
- Cover the pan and let it cook for 7-8 mins.
- Now add the tomato puree and rest of the ingredients and cook it for another 8-10 mins.
- Pizza sauce is ready.
assembling the pizza
- Place the pizza base on a clean, dry surface.
- Put the pizza sauce and spread it evenly.
- Place few bell peppers, boiled corn, jalepenos, olives and cheese evenly over it.
- Heat a broad non-stick pan and add 1 tsp of olive oil.
- Place the pizza in it and cover it with a lid and cook on a slow flame for approx. 4 to 5 minutes or till the base is crispy and the cheese has melted.
- Garnish it with basil leaves.
- Cut each pizza into 4 pieces and serve immediately.
