Preheated Curd
  1. Set curd in a container that can be kept in a pressure cooker.
  2. Take set curd and heat it in the pressure cooker, for one whistle.
  3. On cooling, it can be used with any combination of foods.
  4. Always use preheated curd with any pulses.

  1. Hi… I wanted to know once the curd is heated how long can it be used? What I mean is do you need to reheat it if you want to use it after 2 days?

    1. You can use it till you want to. I normally finish it on the same day. Reheating it again will spoil it. Happy Cooking 🙂
