Instructions
for pita bread
  1. Mix all ingredients and make a smooth dough, rest it for 3 hours.
  2. After kneading well, roll it into oval shape and bake in preheated oven on 110°C for 10 minutes or bake on a tava till both the sides are done.
for veg falafel
  1. Wash and soaked chickpeas for 5 to 6 hours.
  2. Put chickpeas, green chilli, cumin seeds powder and salt into a grinder and grind them. Now add celery, parsley to your grind and make falafel balls, after which you can fry it.
for green chutney
  1. Grind and make smooth paste.
for red chutney
  1. Boil tomatoes and Kashmiri chillies in 1 cup water, till it turns soft or boil it for 5-7 minutes.
  2. Cool and grind it, after that add salt, vinegar and boil it for 2 minutes.
for tahini paste
  1. Grind and make smooth past.
how to proceed
  1. Cut the pita bread in half. Take one half of it and open it like a pocket, now add both the chutney, falafel, hummus and salad.
  2. Ready to eat...........?
