for base
  1. Mix all the above ingredients (mentioned under 'for base') and make a dough.
  2. Cover the dough with an inverted bowl and let it sit for 30 minutes
  3. Roll the dough into a circle.
  4. Heat the pan and half cook the base on both the sides.
  5. No yeast, pan cooked, multigrain pizza base is ready.
for sauce
  1. Grind the tomatoes in chopper machine.
  2. Heat the oil and add bay leaf, clove, cinnamon and chopped tomatoes.
  3. Cover the pan and let it cook for 7-8 mins.
  4. Now add the tomato puree and rest of the ingredients and cook it for another 8-10 mins.
  5. Pizza sauce is ready.

  1. Place the pizza base on a clean, dry surface.
  2. Put the pizza sauce and spread it evenly.
  3. Place few bell peppers, boiled corn, jalepenos, olives and cheese evenly over it.
  4. Heat a broad non-stick pan and add 1 tsp of olive oil.
  5. Place the pizza in it and cover it with a lid and cook on a slow flame for approx. 4 to 5 minutes or till the base is crispy and the cheese has melted.
  6. Garnish it with basil leaves.
  7. Cut each pizza into 4 pieces and serve immediately.
