Instructions
- Combine all the ingredients and knead the dough like paratha dough.
- Cover with a wet cloth and keep aside for at least 3 to 4 hours.
- Divide into equal portions (ball like). Take one ball and roll into thick round shape, it should not be too thick or too thin.
- Heat enough oil for frying in a kadai, once the oil is hot, reduce flame to medium high.
- Slide the bhatura into the oil, fry until it gets light golden brown on both the sides.
- Remove on a tissue or some kind of absorbent paper.
- You can serve it hot with chole. 🙂
