- 1/2 cup milk cold
- 1 cup oil
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp vinegar or lemon juice
- salt to taste
- 1 tsp pepper powder optional
- 1/2 tsp mustard powder optional

Instructions
- Put sugar, salt, vinegar and milk in a grinder or use a hand mixer. Grind for a minute.
- Then keep on gradually adding oil while mixing the ingredients at regular intervals.
- In few minutes, you will see a thick consistency .
- Now if you want, you can the optional mustard powder and pepper powder.
- Tada, fresh homemade mayo is ready!

You can replace the normal oil with olive oil to make it healthier.
