- 1 cup rava suji
- 1 & 1/2 cup butter milk approximately
- 1 tbsp oil
- 2 tsp fruit salt
- 1 tsp black pepper freshly crushed
- salt to taste
- Mix Rava and butter milk and mix well. Make the dosa batter consistency.
- Add salt and oil. And keep aside for 10 minutes.
- After 10 mins add fruit salt. and mix well.
- Grease the plate and pour the batter and sprinkle black pepper above it.
- Steam for 15 mins.
- Cut and serve with green chatni.
