Ingredients
- 3 tbs red kashmiri chilli paste
- 2 celery sticks finely chopped
- 1 tbs green capsicum finely chopped
- 1 tbs red capsicum finely chopped
- 1 green chilli finely chopped
- 1 tsp soya sauce
- 1 tsp vinegar
- 1/2 tsp sugar optional
- 2 tsp oil

Instructions
- Heat oil in a small kadai. Add celery sticks, capsicums and chilli.
- Saute for 2 minutes.
- Now add all the remaining ingredients and cook for 5 minutes.
- Your schezwan sauce is ready.
