Ingredients
- 1 cup poha
- 1/3 cup coriander chopped
- 1/3 cup coconut shredded
- 1/4 tsp asafoetida hing
- 1-2 chili chopped
- salt as per your taste
- sugar as per your taste
- lemon juice as per your taste

Instructions
- Wash and soak Poha for 3 - 5 minutes
- In 1 bowl, mix all the ingredients except the Poha
- Now add the Poha and mix it well.
- That's it. Your healthy, oil-free poha is ready!
