Ingredients
Pasa
- 1 cup besan gram flour
- 2 & 3/4 cup butter milk warm
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- salt to taste
Tempering
- 3 tsp oil
- 1/2 tsp mustard seeds
- 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
- 1 tsp red chilli powder
- 1 cup butter milk warm
- hing asafoetida
- salt to taste

Instructions
- Take one pan and mix all the ingredients mentioned under 'Pasa'.
- Allow to cool for 5 minutes, cut the mixture into small square pieces. They are now pasa cubes.
- Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, asafoetida and pour 1 cup buttermilk, salt, turmeric powder and red chilli powder.
- Let it boil for few seconds, add Pasa cubes into it.
- Cook for 5 to 7 minutes.
- Serve with Roti or Paratha.
