Ingredients
White Dough
- 1 cup plain flour maida
- 1 tbsp rava suji
- 1 & 1/2 tbsp ghee
- 1/2 tsp black pepper crushed
- 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
- salt to taste
- water
Orange Dough
- 50 gm pumpkin roasted
- 50 gm red bell pepper roasted
- 1 tomato deseeded
- 1 cup wheat flour
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1 tsp red chilli powder
- salt to taste
Green Dough
- 1 cup wheat flour
- 1/2 cup coriander kothmir
- 1 green capsicum
- 2 green chilli
- 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
- 1 tbsp oil
- salt to taste
- water

Instructions
For white dough
- Add all the ingredients mentioned under white dough except water and mix well.
- Now add water and knead into a semi soft dough.
- Cover and keep it aside for 30 minutes.
For orange dough
- Take the pumpkin, bell pepper and tomato and grind it to form a puree.
- Now take the remaining ingredients mentioned under orange dough and add the puree to it. Mix it well.
- Knead it into a semi soft dough. Cover and keep it aside for 30 minutes.
For green dough
- Take the coriander, capsicum, green chillies and grind it with some water.
- Now take the remaining ingredients mentioned under green dough and add the puree to it. Mix it well.
- Knead it into a semi soft dough. Cover and keep it aside for 30 minutes.
How to proceed
- Now make 1 inch thick rolls of each colour, put the rolls on the top of each other, then just lightly roll them so the dough catches each other.
- Cut it into smaller portions.
- Join the open ends and press little to give it a round shape.
- Roll it into puris and deep fry it.
- Time to eat them!
