Ingredients

- 1 & 1/2 cups cabbage thinly sliced
- 1 & 1/2 cups capsicum green & red
- 8-10 pieces french beans fansi, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp celery chopped
- 1 green chilli thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup moong soaked for 5-6 hours, drained and steamed.
- 1 cup cooked noodles maggi or hakka noodles
- 1 tsp black pepper powder
- 1 tbsp soya sauce
- 1 tsp vinegar
- salt to taste
- 18-20 spring roll wrappers recipe is given or you can buy it
for the sealing paste
- 3 tbsp maida all purpose flour
- 2 tbsp water to make a thick paste

- 3 tbsp corn flour
- 1 & 1/2 cup water or as required to make flowing batter
- 1/4 tsp salt
