 - 1 cup cooked noodles maggi or hakka noodles
 - 1 tsp black pepper powder
 - 1 tbsp soya sauce
 - 1 tsp vinegar
 - salt to taste

        for the sealing paste    
                - 3 tbsp maida all purpose flour
 - 2 tbsp water to make a thick paste
