Name: Veg Spring Rolls
Ingredients: 1 & 1/2 cups cabbage (thinly sliced); 1 & 1/2 cups capsicum (green & red); 8-10 pieces french beans (fansi, thinly sliced); 2 tbsp celery (chopped); 1 green chilli (thinly sliced); 1/4 cup moong (soaked for 5-6 hours, drained and steamed.); 1 cup cooked noodles (maggi or hakka noodles); 1 tsp black pepper powder; 1 tbsp soya sauce; 1 tsp vinegar; salt to taste; 18-20 spring roll wrappers (recipe is given or you can buy it); 3 tbsp maida (all purpose flour); 2 tbsp water to make a thick paste; 18-20 spring roll wrappers; 1 cup all purpose flour (maida); 3 tbsp corn flour; 1 & 1/2 cup water (or as required to make flowing batter); 1/4 tsp salt

3 tbsp maida all purpose flour
2 tbsp water to make a thick paste

1 cup all purpose flour maida
3 tbsp corn flour
1 & 1/2 cup water or as required to make flowing batter
1/4 tsp salt

Recipe Notes

For this recipe you can also use ready made wrappers from a shop.
