for Manchurain Balls
  1. Squeeze the water out of the chopped vegetables. Keep that water aside, as later, it will be used for the Manchurain Sauce.
  2. Mix all the remaining ingredients with the chopped vegetables in a bowl and make it into a dough.
  3. Make medium balls out of it.
  4. Use a frying pan to fry the manchurian ball.
  5. After they turn golden brown, keep them aside on a tissue paper.
for Manchurian Gravy
  1. Take one bowl and add water to it. Now add cornflour, soya sauce, chilli paste, vinegar, ketchup and mix it well.
  2. Now take one fry pan, pour oil and add fine chopped vegetables. Sauté it for 2 minutes.
  3. Add the mixture of Step 1 to the fry pan and stir it regularly. Let it boil for 5-10 minutes.
  4. According to your taste add chilli and salt.
  5. Once the gravy is thick, keep it aside.
For Rice
  1. Heat oil in a large vessel. Add half celery (both stick and leaves).
  2. Now in the vessel, add French beans, soda, baby corn and then sauté for half a minute.
  3. Time to add bell peppers, red kashmiri paste, soya sauce and stir the mixture.
  4. Add boiled rice and stir it softly so that the rice doesn’t break.
  5. Now add the remaining celery.
  6. Now keep the cooked rice aside.
For Noodles
  1. Mix all the ingredients together and make a semi soft dough out of it.
  2. Now roll it out with a rolling pin and slice it into thin strips.
  3. Now fry the sliced strips until they turn crispy.
  4. If you want to save time, you can cook the noodles a day before and store it in a container.

    1. You can make noodles same as recipe or
      Can make :
      1 packet haka noodles
      Take a pot with water, soak the noodles in it, keep aside for 10-15 minutes.
      After 15 minutes, drain it very well, take one kitchen towel and spread the noodles on it, dry for 20-25 minutes, after then fry it, keep it on paper towel, when cool store it an air tight container.
      Your crispy noodles is ready
      You can use this noodles in Khow suey, Chinese bhel, manchow soup, american choup suey, triple sczwan rice…… etc
