Instructions
  1. Take all the pieces of Kashmiri Mirchi. Soak it in hot water for 2 hours. Take out the chillies from the water (keep the water aside).
  2. Grind it in a mixer until it turns into a paste.
  3. Heat oil in a small kadai. Take the paste from the grinder and sauté it for 2 - 3 minutes in the oil. If required add some water.
  4. Now add vinegar and salt and sauté it for 1 more minute.
  5. Your paste is ready.
